Melody Patisaul Obituary

Melody Starley Patisaul, age 61, passed away Friday, December 24, 2021 at Serenity Place following an extended illness.

Mrs. Patisaul was born August 14, 1960 in Dublin, Georgia; she was preceded in death by her parents, the late Alver Braxton Starley Sr. & Thelma Akridge Starley and a brother, Homer Starley. She was employed by ACS Cleaning Service and attended the Dublin Church of God. She was the seventh of eight children that grew up in Laurens County. She loved to travel and enjoyed spending time with her family. She was a great mother and grandmother, who touched the lives of many and for every life she touched, those people fell in love with her.

She is survived by her husband, Thurman “Joe” Patisaul of Rentz; two daughters, Nola Grace Beacham of Garfield and Amber Nicole Jump Collins of Rentz; six siblings, Mary Ann Meeks of Soperton, Alver Starley, Jr. of Dudley, Betty Jacobs of Vienna, Tommy Starley of Dexter, Jane Lowery of East Dublin and Terry Starley of East Dublin; two grandchildren, Madison Beacham and Mason Beacham both of East Dublin and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside funeral services will be held at 3:00 P.M., Monday, December 27, 2021 at Snowhill Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Donnie Baker officiating.

The family will greet friends from 2:00 until 3:00 at the cemetery.
