Funeral services for Mr. Michael Paul Galbreath, age 59, will be held at 2:00 P.M., Friday, January 10, 2025 at the Mary Whitaker Townsend Memorial Chapel with Rev. Bill Crooms and Rev. Paul Wilkes officiating. Burial will follow at Snowhill Baptist Church Cemetery.
Mr. Galbreath was born January 31, 1965 in Dublin, Georgia; he was preceded in death by his parents, the late Colon W. Galbreath and Jeanette Beach Clark, a brother, Christopher Galbreath, his father-in-law, Kenneth Crooms and a brother-in-law, Scotty Vann. He was a member of Springdale Baptist Church and was employed as an electrician with Allen’s Heating and Cooling. He was an avid Georgia Bulldogs fan, enjoyed Nascar and fishing was his favorite pastime. He also enjoyed spending time with his little best friend, his dog, Sweet Pea. Mr. Galbreath passed away Monday, January 6, 2025.
He is survived by his wife, Jennie Galbreath; two sons, Joey (Jessica) Burnett and Randall Burnett; a daughter, Holly Burnett; six grandchildren, Landon Burnett, Laina Burnett, Austin Coleman, Bryar Coleman, River Burnett and Damon Harris; a brother, Gerald (Robyn) Galbreath; three sisters, Margaret (Ronnie) Reid, Debra Vann and Sandy (Randall) Green; his mother-in-law, Peggy Crooms and several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Joey Burnett, Brandon Green, Blake Green and Randall Burnett, Kenneth Crooms and Donnie Bowen. Honorary Pallbearers will be Landon Burnett and Randall Green.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 P.M. until 2:00 P.M., Friday, January 10, 2025 at the funeral home.
