Mildred (Warren) Foskey

Mildred Warren Foskey, age 83, of Rentz, GA, passed away on Monday, June 29, 2020 surrounded by her loving family.

Mrs. Foskey was born November 19, 1936 in Laurens County and was the daughter of the late John Harvey Warren and the late Essie Mae Diers Warren. She retired from Dexter Sportswear and was a member of Baker Baptist Church. She was a wonderful cook and loved spending time with her family. She was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Foskey was preceded in death by her husband, Clinton Foskey; granddaughter, Heather Adams; grandson, Hunter Mimbs; son-in-law, Jr. Adams; brothers, Elderidge Warren, Aunniel Warren, Thomas E. Warren, Albert Warren, Tommy E. Warren; and sisters, Christine Warren, Faye Gay, Metty Whitehead, Foustine Evans, and Audie Herndon.

Survivors include her children, Barbara Adams, of Cadwell, Jimmy Foskey (Twila), of Rentz, and Amy Mimbs (Tony), of Rentz; grandchildren, Karri Aber, Kelli Adams Keiser (Keith), Chelsea Foskey Chambers (Zack), and Tori Mimbs; 9 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Letty Stevens and Linda Bates, both of Rentz; brother, Garland Warren (Mary Lou), of Rentz, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Services for Mrs. Foskey will be held at 2:00PM on Thursday, July 2, 2020 at Baker Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Rentz City Cemetery. Rev. Joey Diers will officiate. The family will receive friends from 1:00PM until funeral hour at the church.

Pallbearers will be Tommy Thompson, Billy Earl Evans, Eddy Mullis, Peter Gay, Ronnie Bates, and Michael Coleman.
