Nellie (Dudley) Daniel

Nellie Dudley Daniel, age 79, of Kite, GA, went to be with the Lord on June 7, 2022, surrounded by her loving family, after an extended illness.

Nell was a devout Christian and member of the Kite Church of God who raised her children to know the Lord. She was hard-working, strong-willed, and resilient, while always leaving room for some humor. She enjoyed spending quality time with her family and believed that family was everything. She always strived to be the best example she could for her family and never wanted to leave anyone behind; always moving forward.

Ms. Daniel was preceded in death by her parents, James D. Dudley and Ida Pearl Stewart Dudley; son, Jeffery C. Daniel; brothers, Tommy Lee Dudley, James Alton “Jabie” Dudley, and Jimmy Floyd Dudley, and sisters, Rosa Pearl “Sister” Hester, and Ida Lou Dudley.

Survivors include her children: Chad Daniel (Cheryl), Cindy Warren, Kevin Daniel (Renee), and Kent Daniel (Christy), all of Dublin; loving “Maw-Maw” to 8 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren; brother, Donald F. Dudley of Lookeba, OK; sister, Martha J. Lamb, of Kite, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Services will be held on Friday, June 10, 2022, at 2:00 PM at Dublin Church of God with burial to follow at Graham Memorial Church of the Nazarene Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Friday from 1:00 PM until the service hour at the church.

Pallbearers will be Dennis Dudley, Donnie Dudley, James “Jeb” Watkins, Larry Hester, Dana Dudley, and Rodney Dudley.
