Noel C. Luis-Smith

Noel C. Luis-Smith, 56, of Dublin, Ga., went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday, January 21, 2023, surrounded by her loving family.

A memorial service celebrating her life will be held at 2 pm, on Saturday, January 28, 2023, at Dublin First United Methodist Church. Rev. Keith Goodlett will officiate. The family will receive friends one hour before the service.

Mrs. Smith was born on November 14, 1966, and was a licensed Physical Therapist. She was a member of the Dublin First United Methodist Church and the Cousin’s Sunday School Class. Noel was a loving and devoted wife, mother, daughter, and sister who will be deeply missed.

She is survived by her husband, Jeffery V. Smith of Dublin; sons, Winston G. Smith and James L. Smith, both of Dublin; father and mother, Gregorio and Purita Luis, of the Philippines; sisters and their spouses: Wila Luis Zanghi (Eric) of Warner Robins, GA, Inia Luis Tade (Dorotheo) of the Philippines, Lorma Luis of Houston, TX, and Lorraine Luis Uy (Johnny) of Lawton, OK; brothers and their spouses, Grey Luis (Joan) of the Philippines and Norberge Luis (Kathy) of the Philippines, and several nieces, nephews.

Honorary pallbearers will be members of her beloved Cousin’s Sunday School Class.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the First United Methodist Church of Dublin mission fund or your favorite charity.
