Peggy Ann Croft, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and sister, passed away on Monday, March 10, 2025, after a courageous 5.5-year battle with cancer. She was 66 years old.
Peggy was known for her warm welcoming smile and her deep abiding love for Jesus Christ. She dedicated her life to the Lord and to her family, always putting others before herself with a heart full of love and generosity. She was truly a model of what it means to live the Christian life.
She is survived by her devoted husband, Jeffrey Titus Croft; her children, Sarah (Andy) Foster and Jonathan (Annie) Croft; and her cherished grandchildren, Nathan Foster, Tyler Foster, Bennett Foster, Jonas Croft, Lucy Croft, and Nora Croft. Peggy is also survived by her sister, Gail (Pete) Mistal, who was a constant support and source of comfort throughout her life.
Peggy is preceded in death by her parents George Clyde Smith and Lillian Imojean Erskine Smith as well as her sister Debbie Moore. Throughout her illness, Peggy exhibited extraordinary strength, grace, and resilience. She faced each day with hope and determination, and her faith never wavered, even during the toughest times. Her legacy of love and courage will live on in the hearts of her family and friends.
A memorial service will be held at Dublin First Church of the Nazarene (312 Telfair St., Dublin, GA 31021) on Sunday 3/16/2025. Visitation begins at 3:00pm, memorial service will begin at 4:00.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Adrian Camp and Conference Center.
Peggy's memory will forever remain a source of inspiration to all who knew her, and her love will continue to surround her family. May she rest in peace.
