Randy Wayne Lindsey

Randy Lindsey, age 67 of Rentz, passed away Friday May 30, 2025. Randy was a member of Rentz Baptist Church.

He retired from Laurens County EMS after several years of service and was owner and operator of Lindsey’s Hardware and Auto Parts. Randy graduated from West Laurens High School and attended Middle Georgia College.

Randy was a vital part of the Rentz Volunteer Fire Department.

Randy was preceded in death by his parents, George Benjamin Lindsey and Dorothy Louise Alligood Lindsey.

He is survived by several cousins and his loyal employees.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM, Tuesday June 3 at the  Rentz Cemetery. Rev. Tom Vann will officiate. The Laurens County Fire Honor Guard will provide honors for Randy.

Townsend Brothers Funeral Home is in charge of Arrangements.  Memorial Contributions may be Made to the Rentz Fire Department.
