Rebecca "Becky" (Strickland) White

Graveside services for Rebecca “Becky” Strickland White, will be held at 1:00PM on Wednesday, February 21, 2018 at Poplar Springs North Baptist Church Cemetery. Mr. Lock Wilford will officiate. Mrs. White passed away on Sunday, February 18, 2018.

Becky was a lifelong resident of Laurens County, was a retired seamstress, and a devoted homemaker to her husband and girls. She was a member of Poplar Springs North Baptist Church and a member of the JOY Class. Becky was a loving wife, mother, Nana, sister, and friend. Her favorite pastime was spending time with her family and especially following her grandkids around to all of their sporting events and activities.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband, J.B. White; her parents, James A. Strickland, Sr., and Carrie O’Neal Strickland; brothers, James Strickland, W.L. Strickland, Russell Strickland, Billy Strickland, Robert Strickland, and Moye Strickland; and sisters, Nell Maddox, Pet Baggett, Martha Tanner, and Joanne Luecke.

Survivors include her daughters, Pam Rogers (Greg), and Sandy White, both of Dublin; grandchildren, Ty Rogers and Camille Rogers; sister, Nannette Kimbell; sister-in-law, Linda Strickland; brother-in-law, Tim Luecke, all of Dublin and several nieces and nephews.
