Reginald Oliver Wood, of East Dublin, passed away on October 9, 2020, at the Scott Nursing Home and Rehab Center.
Mr. Wood was born in Savannah to the late Edward J. Wood and Joyce Faye Snow on February 14, 1960. He was a United States Air Force veteran. He also was an avid Kyle Bush fan of the Nascar series and was a long time resident of Scott Nursing Home and Rehab Center. The family would like to express their gratitude to the Scott Nursing Home and Rehab Center administration and staff for the love and care given to Mr. Wood.
A graveside service will be held for Mr. Wood Sunday, October 11, 2020, at Minter Baptist Church Cemetery beginning at 2:00 PM. Rev. Ben Edwards and Rev. Josh Wood will officiate.
Survivors include his daughter; Joy Elmira Delores Wood, of Roswell, son; Eric Christopher Wood, of Alpharetta, brother; Joey Wood (Karen), of Valdosta, sister; Marlene Courson (Leo), of Clyo, GA; uncles and aunts, Carl and Betty Snow, of Suffolfk, VA, Charles and Barbara Snow, of East Dublin, Ann Joyner, of Santa Claus, GA, Bobby Wood (Cathy), of East Dublin, and Tommy Wood (Vicki), of Rockledge, GA. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
