Scottie Rogers, age 60, of East Dublin, passed away on Thursday, January 7, 2020.
Mr. Rogers was born in Dodge County on March 8, 1960, to the late Charlie Morgan Rogers and Helen Singletary Rogers. He was a retired truck driver and loved to spend time with his friends and family. He was full of life and a prankster by nature. He liked fishing and was always there for anybody that needed help. In addition to his parents, Scottie was preceded in death by a brother, Tillman Scott Rogers.
Survivors include his sisters, Latan Rogers Bozeman (Loyd), and Faine Rogers, both of East Dublin; nephews, Shon Brooks Singletary (Stephanie), of East Dublin, and Dustin Rogers, of Eastman; nieces, Kristin Warren, Chelsea Warren, and Tiffany Blackwell; and great-nieces and nephews, Aylayna Taliaferro, Aylah Holmes, Chandler Holmes, Ellie Holmes, Trinity Toler, Jade Toler, Layla Rogers, Levi and Gene.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, January 9, 2020, at Dublin Memorial Gardens. Rev. Tim Lumley will officiate.
