Shawn Jason Glover

Shawn Glover, age 30, of Marietta, passed away on February 18, 2024.

Mr. Glover was born in Dublin Georgia on November 17, 1993. He worked for many years in the construction industry. He loved to hunt and fish and spend time with his beloved furry companion, “Milly”. Shawn loved his family and friends and he will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Linda Martin, and maternal grandfather, Jim Whittle.

Survivors include his father, Shawn Jason Glover, Sr. (Paula); mother, Brandi B. Ferlaino (Victor); son, Luca M. Glover; brother, Victor James “VJ” Farlaino; sister, Casie Pearce (Jon); step-brother, Brett Larson; step-sister, Taylor Larson; paternal grandfather, William Glover; maternal grandmother, Stephanie B. Pope; step-grandparents, Victor and Valorie Ferlaino; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Services will be held for Mr. Glover on Saturday, March 2, 2024, at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Townsend Brothers Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Dublin Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM until the service hour on Saturday at the funeral home.

His cousins will serve as pallbearers.

The family would love to keep Shawn’s favorite color prominently on display throughout the service and visitation with flowers and attire in the color, white.
