Shirley Dukes (Toler) Evans

Shirley Toler Dukes Evans, age 61 of Irwinton, passed away Friday, December 5, 2025, after an extended illness.

Shirley was the daughter of the William Henry Toler and Gwendolyn Stuckey Toler. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Evans and a nephew Jeffery Christian.

Shirley was a retired LPN. She loved her family.  She  valiantly  fought several illnesses for a year before going home to her Lord, and her fighting and loving spirit will live on through her family and friends.

Survivors include her daughter, Nikki (Daniel) Walker, brothers Ronnie Toler, Mike (Alesia) Toler, sister Julie Christian and a nephew, Andy Toler.

A Celebration of Life will be held Sunday, January 4, 2026 at Shirley’s home from 2:00 PM until 5:30 PM
