Thomas Henry Crow, age 87, of Dublin, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Thursday, May 13, 2021, surrounded by his loving family.
Mr. Crow was a dedicated member of Bethlehem Baptist Church. He served in many capacities over the years including a deacon and as the church treasurer for 31 years. In 2007, he was also voted Bethlehem Baptist Church Father of the Year.
Tommy was a Journeyman Butcher for many years and also worked as a clerk for a vending company in the money room and transported cars for local dealers. He enjoyed jigsaw and word search puzzles in his spare time but his greatest joy was found in spending time with his family. Tommy was a devoted husband, loving father, and cherished grandfather to his grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who affectionately called him “Tommo”.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert J. Crow and Rueni M. Crow; and his siblings, Beatrice Crow Thomas and Dennis D. Crow.
Survivors include his wife, Hazel B. Crow, of Dublin; son, Thomas Alan Crow, of Dublin; daughter, Karen C. Nobles (David), of Dublin; sisters, Nelda Crow, of Dublin, and Juanita C. Mitchell, of Macon; brothers, Robert Crow, of Plano, TX, Rhea Crow (Gerry), of Dublin, and Davis Crow (Joy), of Monroe; sister-in-law, Shirley G. Crow, of Macon; grandchildren: Holly Geiger (Mark), of Dublin, Matt Bailey (Summer), of Hahira, Thomas Jordan Crow (Jessi), of Lawrenceville, and Kimberly Milam (Randy), of Dublin; great-grandchildren: Ben, Bailey, and Barrett Geiger, all of Dublin, Ryder and Rush Bailey, both of Hahira, and Aubrey Crow, of Lawrenceville; several nieces and nephews, and his beloved kitty “Smoke”.
Graveside services will be held on Saturday, May 15, 2021, at 2:00 PM in the Bethlehem Baptist Church Cemetery. Rev. Matt Haywood and Rev. Jay Moore will officiate.
Pallbearers will be Thomas Jordan Crow, Matt Bailey, Mark Geiger, Randy Milam, Ben Geiger, and Glenn Fordham.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Serenity Place c/o Serenity Hospice, 520 Hillcrest Pkwy, Dublin, GA 31021.
