William Thomas went to be with his Lord and Savior in heaven on September 24, 2021.
Born on March 7, 1992, a lifelong resident of Laurens County, Will was a vibrant and loving husband, son, brother, uncle, grandson, nephew, and cousin. Will loved life and he loved people. His infectious personality afforded him many friends both young and old, near and far, those from way back and those he recently met. Will had many passions, namely golf. He was a member of the Dublin Country Club where he could often be found enjoying rounds of golf with friends. He also enjoyed spending time with his precious nephews and nieces. In addition to volunteering as a coach for the Dudley Little league, Will loved hunting and traveling.
After graduating from Armstrong State University with a Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, he went on to attend South University where he pursued a degree in Physical Therapy Assisting. Will also loved baseball and had the privilege to play on the baseball team while attending Armstrong. Upon graduation, he began working at Rehab Advantage where he loved his colleagues and helping his patients on their road to recovery.
Will was a lifelong member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church where he was loved dearly and taught about Jesus.
In the midst of his cancer journey, he began dating and married the love of his life- Mallory. Though their courtship and marriage were brief, their love and commitment to each other will serve as a reminder of Christ's unconditional love for His children.
